Tara is the owner and operator of Fringe Beauty Bar. She is a Helena native and graduated with honors from the Montana Academy of Salons in 2015 and as a licensed barber in 2021. She is a redken certified colorist and she makes it a priority to stay up to date on the latest trends. She offers all hair services including hair color service
